IGLYO — The International LGBTQI Youth & Student Organisation is launching a call for tenders for services related to research on BIPOC and racialised LGBTQI youth in activism.
LGBTQI youth in the Council of Europe region hail from diverse ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds. IGLYO is aware of the intertwined realities of racism, LGBTQI-phobia, sexism, classism, ableism, and ageism that are part of the lived experiences of LGBTQI youth of colour. Therefore, we have started our journey to understand several issues concerning racial equality and racial justice in LGBTQI youth activism.
To aid us with this matter, we are looking for a consultant who can conduct qualitative research to explore the experiences of BIPOC* and racialised LGBTQI youth entering activism spaces.
