In this webinar, Bella FitzPatrick, IGLYO's Executive Director, will guide participants through key strategies for organisational development, focusing on leadership, internal policies, and organisational positioning.
Through a mix of expert insights, practical tools, and interactive discussions, this session will help LGBTQI activists, volunteers, and staff better understand how to strengthen their organisations and ensure they remain impactful and resilient.
