Let's get organised!

On Tuesday 17 December at 12:30-14:00 CET, our next IGLYO webinar will look at tips and tricks for growing your LGBTQI organisation.

As organisations evolve and transition from volunteer-based operations to staff-led structures, building strong organisational foundations is essential for long-term sustainability and impact. In this webinar, Bella FitzPatrick, IGLYO's Executive Director, will guide participants through key strategies for organisational development, focusing on leadership, internal policies, and organisational positioning.

Through a mix of expert insights, practical tools, and interactive discussions, this session will help LGBTQI activists, volunteers, and staff better understand how to strengthen their organisations and ensure they remain impactful and resilient.

This webinar will provide practical takeaways that participants can apply within their organisations, empowering them to lead more effectively and create tangible change.

You can register for the webinar on this page. The zoom link will be sent to you upon approval from our team. For any questions, please reach out to our Programmes Officer Ali (They/them) at ali@iglyo.org.

This webinar is free and open to everyone who is 18 years old or above, but mostly aimed at LGBTQIA+ young people between 18-30 years old.

This webinar is organised with the support of the Citizenship, Equality, Rights and Values 2021-2027 Programme of the European Union.
