About
Pan-European Rainbow Chinese
Emerged in 2022, Pan-European Rainbow Chinese (PERC) is a collective of activists, academics, students, artists and professionals advocating for LGBTQ+ and feminist issues in pan-European countries.
Our objectives are:
- Community empowerment and capacity building, especially for young Chinese LBTQ+ diasporic individuals based in European countries and the community groups that support them.
- Mapping, creating and (re)distributing resources and support for the community.
- Facilitating knowledge and practice exchanges between young Chinese activists working on different human rights issues, and building connections to unite more marginalised and minoritised communities.
