Emerged in 2022, Pan-European Rainbow Chinese (PERC) is a collective of activists, academics, students, artists and professionals advocating for LGBTQ+ and feminist issues in pan-European countries.
Our objectives are:
PERC aims to raise awareness and increase representation of the Chinese LGBTQ+ diaspora community, and to fight against discrimination and oppression with intersectional feminist perspectives and approach. We are committed to supporting, connecting and empowering Chinese LGBTQ+ individuals and groups in Europe to advocate for a more resilient, inclusive and sustainable community and movement.
Through listening to the voice of Chinese LGBTQ+ people, supporting activists via training, peer networking, education, advocacy, research, we facilitate the making of a better world for people at marginalised positions.
