The Human Development Research Initiative (HDRI) is a youth-led think tank dedicated to policy research and facilitating debate in the field of human development. Through independent, rigorous, and ethical work, they aim to be a hub generating new policy ideas to advance social change.
HDRI's values are inclusivity, integrity, and innovation, and their mission is to advance human development and justice throughout the world by means of policy research and advocacy, while also giving students a platform to engage in policymaking and gain professional experience in the policy arena.
They seek a constructive dialogue with diverse social groups and backgrounds and remain open for any discussion. If you or your institution wish to connect, they welcome you to contact them!
HDRI aims to educate and create conversations through events and research publication around five core topics related to current development issues: Environment, Climate Change & Energy, Migration & Security, Global Health, Gender Equity, and Economic, Social & Cultural Rights.
Their mission is to provide an all-rounded, global perspective on those topics, through engagement with researchers, specialists, and everyone willing to support their actions.
