About

FISA

FISA, The Workshop Association of Intellectuality & Artistics, has been operating in Turkey since 2015. FISA's purposes are to support the production of all kinds of cultural, scientific and artistic works.

‍

Within this scope, FISA ensures civil society and benevolent associations' activities, awards scholarships, and produces scientific, cultural and artistic outputs and activities, by virtue of living in a society developing connection and goal unity between individuals.

‍

The association, in conformity with the purpose of establishment, provides project supports for disadvantaged groups such as:

Supporting regular scholarships for education;
Financial support for academic studies which are abroad;
Supporting projects developing social cohesion, and involvement.

Their mission

Established on 19 January 2015, FISA aims to support disadvantaged groups such as people with disabilities, sexual minorities, ex-offenders with exceptions, victims of violence or abuse, orphans, and those suffering from economic or socio-psychological difficulties after a dramatic/traumatic sudden change of state.

FISA, has also been running programmes and studies focusing on child rights, refugees, and LGBT individuals.
